Parlore – mixed media art doll

All those walks on the beach collecting strange bits of nature instead of seashells is finally making sense to me.  This new series of art dolls is something I’m rather excited about and plan on exploring further.  Today’s doll is Parlore.  She’s the third in this series and will be on display (and for sale) at ArtPool’s abnormal formal tomorrow night.

In other news, the St. Petersburg Times did an interview with me that appeared in yesterday’s weekend section as well as today’s TBT (page 28).  I usually cringe at interviews but this one was totally fun plus they published a big photo of my zombie girl  finger puppet!  There is an online version too if you’re interested.

Great interview! Are you boring a laser hole in that tree with your super laser vision? :P
